Multiple sources have reported that Venezia have completed an agreement with Sparta Prague to sign Albanian striker Albion Rrahmani, paying €7.5 million plus €2 million in performance-related add-ons. The player, who is a Kosovo international, is scheduled to celebrate his 26th birthday next month. Rahmani joined Sparta Prague two years ago from FC RAD 1923 for €5 million. He scored 16 goals and provided 4 assists in 49 official matches for Sparta Prague last season, including 4 goals in 13 matches in the Conference League. According to reports from Sky Sport Italia and Tutmercato Web, the deal was completed for €7.5 million plus €2 million in performance-related incentives, with Sparta Prague also receiving 10% of the value of any future deal. Rahmani has 7 goals in 25 international matches with the Kosovo national team, in addition to one assist, as he made his debut with his country in September 2023. Venezia won the Italian Second Division title, which guaranteed them automatic promotion to the first division, after only one year in the second division, and the team is led by coach Giovanni Struppa.
