Denis Makarov terminates his contract with Kaiserispor and plans to file a complaint with FIFA
Denis Makarov has terminated his contract with Kayserispor due to non-payment of salaries and plans to file a complaint with FIFA.
Former Dynamo Moscow midfielder, Denis Makarov, announced that he has unilaterally terminated his contract with the Turkish club Kayserispor. Lawyer Anton Smirnov reported that the club had not paid the player's salary for three months, allowing Makarov to terminate the contract for legitimate reasons.

Smirnov said on his Telegram channel: “Today, a complaint will be sent to the Dispute Resolution Chamber of the FIFA Committee, where the player will demand that the club pay the financial arrears, in addition to imposing sporting sanctions on the club, such as a fine and a ban on registering new players for the next two transfer periods.”
Smirnov also noted that Makarov had previously sent an ultimatum to the club setting a 15-day deadline to pay the outstanding debts. He explained that Kayserispor ignored the warning and did not honor its financial obligations.
