Montervino: "De Laurentiis Visionario. Allegri? He will remain a successful coach"

Francesco Montervino, former Napoli captain, spoke to La Repubblica about the current situation of the Napoli club, starting by highlighting the management of President Aurelio De Laurentiis. “I consider him a Visionario,” said Montervino. “When I knew him, I had the feeling that he could achieve something extraordinary, but he exceeded all my expectations in terms of results. I remember him talking about the multimedia stadium, about pay-per-view, about the global markets of football. He was right about everything.”

Montervino also commented on the club's decision to move towards Massimiliano Allegri after Antonio Conte, saying: "I am convinced that this is an important step by the club. He is a successful coach and he will prove that at Napoli as well."
